Sunset Beach Engagement Session

When I read over Daiana and Rob's engagement questionnaire, they painted the dreamiest vision! A stretch of sand, clear skies, a golden sunset and those late October warm colours.
Pretty perfect right? Right! Except, mother nature said, absolutely not!!! The day of the session turned out to be one of the coldest, windiest days ever and the clouds were rolling in. Standing at the beach we contemplated going home (and why we didnt bring any jackets!)
So glad we chose to stick it out. I bet you can't even tell how cold we were because this session delivered...the wind added that effortless, cinematic movement, the cold made them cuddle closer (10/10 would recommend for engagement photos), and the golden hour light still showed up like the professional it is. So yes, it was freezing. Yes, we were all a little bit numb. But the vibe? Super romantic, cozy, and full of laughter. So here is your proof that even when conditions are chaotic, love (and a good photographer) can still make magic.
