If a traditional wedding isn't for you, I am here to cheer YES!!! Go for it!!! Your wedding should be exactly what you want it to be and I 100% support the decision to break tradition and plan the wedding of your dreams. Instead of spending time and money into planning a traditional wedding. Invest in a once-in-a-lifetime experience that is authentic to you and something you will both remember forever! Think about your favorite photos, the ones you print, frame, hang on your walls, put in an album, visit once in a while, and go back to over and over again. The photos that mean the most to you, the ones that take you back to a specific memory and a moment in time. These are the photos that tell your story, bring back memories, evoke emotions, remind you of who you once were, and remember that time in your lives. WHAT IS AN INTIMATE (MICRO) WEDDING / ELOPEMENT?

An elopement is pretty much what it sounds like. Its a wedding that is smaller than a traditional wedding, typically having no more than 20-25 guests. Elopements today are not how they were in the past. These are not strictly for just the two of you nor do they have to be a destination. Most couples who elope know that memories don't come from the 'things' they had on their wedding day, but rather the experience of being together and celebrating how they want. You can celebrate in nature or in your backyard and the list goes on! To me, intimate wedding days are equal if not more special because it is in a more intimate setting where the entire day - start to finish - is centered around you. It allows you to spend more time with your loved ones and truly do whatever you want, so If the idea of a bigger wedding stresses you out having to plan all the details, spend a ton of money for a day of celebration, or you are struggling with narrowing down the guest list, I think this could be a great option for you. WHERE ARE YOU BASED OUT OF?

Living near Toronto, Canada. I primarily work out of the greater Toronto area but shoot weddings all over Ontario.also willing to travel this beautiful country, so hit me up!

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?

I am currently booking 2024 weddings but I still have a few dates available in 2023. Make sure you inquire if interested because dates can go pretty fast!

HOW DO WE BOOK YOU FOR OUR WEDDING?

Super standard process: All it takes is a signed contract and retainer to make this thing official!! Just head on over to my contact page and shoot me an email and let's start getting excited about your wedding plans!

DO YOU HELP WITH THE PLANNING PROCESS?

Of course! My clients will receive a Wedding Guide that has information and a questionnaire for them to help plan thwedding day. Also, I'm always an email/phone call away to help with any of the logistics.

WHEN AND HOW MANY PICTURES WILL WE RECEIVE?

Within the first week I will provide you with a few sneak peeks from your wedding. Your full gallery (between 50-100 images per hour shot) will be ready within 1-3 months, but can take longer depending on time of year. Please allow longer turnaround time during the heart of busy season (June - November), and around major holiday time (ex. Christmas and NYE) when the editing list gets a life of its own, and... well... I try to spend holidays with my family as well!)

WHAT IF WE NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE OUR SHOOT?

I get it, life happens. If you need to reschedule or postpone I offer one free reschedule but any more than one will require a $150.00 rescheduling fee each time. I know it’s rough, but when I schedule a session, I reserve that date for you and turn down other jobs for that date. - unless the situation is out of your control (ie: COVID) then don't worry this is life right now and it's the norm to postpone. (Just an FIY, I rarely reschedule for weather, because some of the best photographs are taken when its windy, there's storm clouds are on the horizon, or snow is falling. As long as the conditions aren’t dangerous, if you're down, I'm down!)

WILL ANY OF THE PHOTOS BE IN BLACK AND WHITE?

Yes! Truth is, some photos just look better in black and white, and I will use my discretion to determine which work best as color and which work best as black and white.

DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH LGBTO WEDDINGS?

Absa-freakin-lutely! I capture all kinds of love. To me love is equal and photography is a way of capturing all the love stories that make this world a little bit better place to live.

WHAT KIND OF WEDDINGS DO YOU SHOOT?

Intimate weddings and elopements have my heart, but if your dream wedding is something different and you think we’d be a perfect fit, then don’t hesitate to contact me! I love different! For me, it’s all about connecting with my couples, rather than the setting or style or size of their wedding.

DO YOU OFFER ENGAGEMENT/COUPLE PORTRAIT SESSIONS?

Yes. I LOVE engagement sessions! Not only are they a great way for us to get to know eachother before the big day, they are also a great practice run. In addition, they are often help you get more comfortable in front of the camera, that's why my engagement sessions are complimentary!

DO YOU MEET WITH PEOPLE BEFORE BOOKING?

I am always down for a coffee or hike with the dogs!! But in reality it isn't always easy to find time getting together. Most of the time I don't meet you until your engagement session but I always try to at least chat on the phone. Especially with COVID and everything that's going on alternative options such as facetime have become the norm for most meetings.

WHAT IS A WEDDING DAY TIMELINE?

A timeline is basically a schedule of all the events and photographs that will take place during your wedding day! It’s not set in stone, just a basic outline to keep us on track! We can go over your timeline in the information guide I send you when you book.
